Project title: ScanTheSun – a one-minute application to maximize energy yield from PV panels

The objective of the project is

I. Product innovation

II. Introduction of a new good or service to the market

1) Significant improvement of the software (MVP) by

• Creating a payment settlement system
• Extending algorithms to large-scale installations
• Combining mobile and desktop platform to guarantee user experience

2) Transition to the commercialization phase of the innovation internationalization through product service implementation.

• The respective phases of the project include

a) entering the market with an enhanced B2C version

b) opening the B2B market

c) development and implementation of the Enterprise version

Planned project deliverables:

• building a sales funnel
• acquisition of customers through direct contacts – with a focus on companies performing installation of PV systems on a nationwide scale.
• establishing cooperation with at least 3 nationwide partners
• achieving a break even point within a maximum of 24 months.
